Digital Design and Fabrication Oregon is the brainchild of a teacher; John Niebergall. For thirty years Niebergall taught woodworking, architecture, engineering, rapid prototyping, and design classes in Sherwood, Oregon.
John teaches in classrooms in Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. Some days he is teaching teachers, other days John finds himself demonstrating how to 3D scan or mill parts with a group of eager high schoolers.
Digital Design and Fabrication Oregon is John Niebergall's means to share his knowledge in advanced manufacturing with students, teachers, administrators, and parents.
